This speaker mic qhm22 is the heavy duty version speaker mic you have been looking for. I own 4 uv 5rs newest firmware version and the modulation is very good with the built in mic and with the baofeng speaker microphone on all 4.

Herrpiluso september 8 2016 at 349 am. Its a bit tight to solder the resistors inside the plug housing but it is possible just remember to put the plug housing on the cable before soldering otherwise youll be.
